Daily Picks Recap - July 30th


MLB (10-5)

Orioles ML (-218) | 3.5 Units - WIN

  • Corbin Burnes picked up his eleventh win of the season for the Orioles and guided them to a 6-2 victory. 

Yankees ML (+120) | 2 Units - WIN

  • The Yankees took down the Phillies. Jazz Chisholm, fresh off his trade from Miami, hit another home run to help the Bronx Bombers prevail in extra innings. 

Marlins ML (+145) | 2.25 Units - LOSS

  • The Marlins fell to their in-state rivals, the Tampa Bay Rays, by a score of 9-3. Jose Caballero had 2 doubles to help the Rays get past the struggling Marlins. 

Reds +1.5, ML (-148, +110) | 0.75 Units each - WIN

  • The Cincinnati Reds came up clutch and cashed two picks. Santiago Espinal went 4-4 and hit his 7th home run on the season that jump started the Reds offense. 

Mariners ML (-115) | 3.5 Units - WIN

  • Rafael Devers had a great game but it wasn’t enough to help the Red Sox. The Mariners were led by Dylan Moore and Jorge Polanco in this high-scoring affair. The Mariners won 10-6. 

Cardinals ML (+100) | 0.5 Units - WIN

  • The Cardinals used a five run fifth inning to get past the Rangers and Max Scherzer. Tommy Pham hammered a grand slam in that inning to cushion the Cardinals lead. 

Braves +1.5, ML (-185, -104) | 1.5 Units, 0.5 Units - WIN

  • The Braves shut down the Brewers offense and won by a score of 5-1. Bryce Elder picked up the victory after pitching over six innings and notching seven strikeouts. 

White Sox ML (+162) | 0.5 Units - LOSS

  • The White Sox lost their sixteenth game in a row to extend their longest losing streak in franchise history. 

Pirates ML (+164) | 1.25 Units - WIN

  • The Pirates defeated the Astros despite Yainer Diaz’s four hit game. This is the Pirates third win in a row. 

Rockies ML (+115) | 2 Units - LOSS

  • In Los Angeles, the Rockies fell to the Angels 10-7. The Rockies held a sizable lead early but couldn’t hang on to cash another one of our bets. 

Nationals +1.5, ML (+145, -155) | 1 Unit, 0.75 Units - LOSS

  • The Nationals got creamed 17-0 by the Diamondbacks. Eugenio Suarez had three home runs to power the defending National League Champions to victory. 

Padres ML (+120) | 1.25 Units - WIN

  • The Padres defeated the Dodgers in extra innings off of Donovan Solano’s walk off single. Two solo home runs in the bottom of the ninth by the Padres made this walk off victory extra special. 


Tennis (2-3)

Tommy Paul ML (-290) | 5 Units - WIN

  • Tommy Paul cruised to a straight set victory in the Olympics in his quest to medal for the United States. 

Zheng/Navarro Over 20.5 Games (-145) | 3 Units - WIN

  • Qinwen Zheng defeated American Emma Navarro in the Women’s Singles draw in Paris. The match took three sets which was crucial for this pick to hit. Zheng won 6-7, 7-6, 6-1. 

Yoshito Nishioka ML (-147) | 3 Units - LOSS

  • Nishioka, coming off his victory in Atlanta, lost in the first round of the Citi Open. American Aleksandar Kovacevic rallied from a set down to win 4-6, 6-4, 6-2.

Jasmine Paolini and Coco Gauff both exited the Women’s Olympic draw earlier than expected to derail both parlays. Paolini and Gauff were two players that could’ve taken home the Gold medal but will leave Paris disappointed. Zverev, Fritz, Korda, and Paul all won their matches handily.
